Human Resources Manager

Mika Meyers is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager for a position in its Grand Rapids office.

The Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for managing the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for the firm, including but not limited to managing employee hiring, training, retention review, and separation processes, planning and conducting staff meetings, payroll, coordinating health and benefit plan administration and renewal, and reviewing and addressing staff-related matters, including performance issues and other staff issues.  This position will report to the Director of Operations.
