Elizabeth K. Bransdorfer Co-Authors Book “Handling a Divorce Case in Michigan”

Liz Bransdorfer recently co-authored the book “Handling a Divorce Case in Michigan.” The book was published by The Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the other co-authors are Jennie Boldish Bryan and Elizabeth A. Solomon. The book is a step-by-step guide for lawyers working in the legally and emotionally complex field of divorce. It focuses on practical matters of procedure, strategy, organization, and timing rather than the substantive law which is available in other ICLE publications and includes information about Collaborative Practice and limited scope representation, which is increasing in popularity as a way for individuals of modest means to secure legal help with parts of their cases, while handling other parts themselves.
