April Li Joins Mika Meyers as an Associate

Mika Meyers is pleased to officially welcome Yue (April) Li to the firm as an associate attorney.  April received her juris doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served as student writer for the Journal of Corporation Law and published her student note “Variable Interest Entity Risks and Governance” in Volume 48.  She obtained an LL.M from UCLA School of Law and holds a bachelor of laws from China University of Political Science and Law.  April is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Iowa and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
