Jennifer A. Anderson

I discovered my passion for Human Resources not long after graduating from Lake Superior State University with an Accounting degree. While I liked working with numbers, I realized I wanted a role that involved more connection with people, which led me into HR. It ended up being the perfect fit because I get to combine problem-solving and analytics with building relationships and having meaningful conversations.

What I enjoy most about HR is helping people grow, supporting a positive workplace culture, and being part of finding solutions. It’s rewarding to work alongside a team that shares the same goal of helping the company succeed while also supporting the people who make that success possible.

On a personal note, I’ve experienced life in a few different states, living in Simi Valley, CA; Nashville, TN; Iron Mountain, MI; and Madison, WI, before settling in Hudsonville, MI to be closer to family. My husband, Dan, and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have two amazing daughters: Gabrielle, who lives in Marquette, MI, and Maegan, who lives in Long Beach, CA with her husband, Alex. I enjoy traveling, all types of animals and I love Diet Dr. Pepper.
