Dan Kubiak’s Article Published in Michigan Real Property Review Publication

Dan Kubiak’s article “Exploring the Intersection of the Construction Lien and Condominium Acts” was published in the Winter 2024 edition of the Michigan Real Property Review.  This publication is published by the Real Property Law Section of the State of Michigan.  The article analyzes the specific provisions of the Construction Lien Act and Condominium Act that relate to facts and summarizes relevant case law.
