Bradley A. Fowler focuses his practice on municipal law and litigation.  He works with municipalities on zoning, land use, ordinance drafting, telecommunication right-of-way permits, contract, and election law matters.  He also performs enforcement work for West Michigan municipalities, who are clients of the firm.  In his civil litigation practice, Brad’s experience encompasses a wide range of issues, including, contract disputes, unemployment and MIOSHA appeals, shareholder disputes, landlord tenant disputes and claims against government entities.

Before entering private practice, Brad served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan in the Labor Division and worked as a law clerk to Honorable James Robert Redford in the 17th Circuit Court.  He has also successfully managed the re-election campaigns for both a local State Senate candidate and a State Supreme Court candidate.  Brad was recently elected as a Trustee of the Grand Rapids Bar Association Board of Trustees.
