New Partnerships: Gockerman Wilson Saylor & Hesslin Firm Joins Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones
William Horn, managing member of Mika Meyers, says the new relationship, effective May 1, expands the expertise and reach of both practices.
“We’re excited about the integration of these practices and the extensive expertise it will bring to our clients throughout Michigan,” said Horn.
The Gockerman Wilson Saylor & Hesslin firm will add “a Mika Meyers law firm” to its name effective on May 1, 2013. Attorneys Richard Wilson, George Saylor and Daniel Hesslin will maintain the office in downtown Manistee. Bruce Gockerman will become “of counsel” to Mika Meyers.
Horn commented adding the Gockerman Wilson attorneys will strengthen Mika Meyers’ presence in Northern Michigan, broadening its reach and depth in a wide range of legal issues including municipal law, labor law, environmental law, health care law, probate, estate planning, insurance law, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and more.
Mika Meyers is a full service firm with 50 attorneys providing legal counsel throughout Michigan in business, corporate, municipal, litigation, energy and natural resources, environmental, employment and labor, employee benefits, estate planning and family law.
The firm is headquartered in the historic Berkey and Gay Building in downtown Grand Rapids, with offices in Caledonia, Rockford and Manistee.
