Mike Huff appeared on Fox 17 on Monday, February 3 to discuss legalized sports betting. Governor Whitmer signed sports betting into law in December and the industry is hoping to be up and running for March madness. During the interview, Mike explained that neighboring states are seeing the dividends from the legalized sports betting. He added that the State is indicating that we will have physical sports betting in casinos for March madness. Mike commented that some projections are saying that sports betting could bring in tens of millions of dollars for the Michigan school aid fund. Other revenue will be given to firefighters, first responders and a fund to help people with gambling addictions.
